Using Verba
Verba is a dictation and writing tool. You are responsible for reviewing generated, transformed, translated, or transcribed text before sending, publishing, or relying on it. Do not use Verba in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of the words, notes, recordings, and other content you create. Verba does not claim ownership of your content. Locally stored content remains in Verba’s app storage unless you copy, share, export, submit, or delete it.
On-device and optional processing
Supported devices may use Apple’s on-device language model. You may also install Verba’s optional Qwen3 writing model and optional speaker-identification assets. Availability, quality, download size, and processing time vary by device, operating system, installed assets, recording conditions, and selected feature.
Accuracy and availability
Speech recognition, speaker labels, translations, summaries, and generated text can contain mistakes. Verba is provided without a guarantee that every result will be complete, available, or accurate. Verba is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, emergency, or safety advice.
Keyboard limitations
iOS controls keyboard permissions, microphone access, app switching, secure fields, and whether third-party keyboards are permitted in a given app. Verba cannot guarantee that its keyboard or microphone workflow will be available in every text field or managed environment.
Third-party components
Verba includes or interoperates with separately licensed software and models. Their notices and source links appear on the Third-Party Libraries page. Apple frameworks and services remain subject to Apple’s terms.
Changes
Features and these terms may change as Verba develops. Material updates will be reflected in the app or these pages. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
